1. Service Description

TextToPray (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a daily prayer delivery service via SMS text message. By signing up, you agree to receive one automated text message per day at the time you select containing a short, scripture-based prayer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid U.S. mobile phone number to use this service. By signing up, you represent that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

  • Message frequency: 1 message per day.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
  • You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@texttopray.com.
  • Compatible carriers include all major U.S. carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Cost

The TextToPray service is free. We do not charge for messages. However, standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

5. Opt-Out and Cancellation

You may stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP to any TextToPray message. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by signing up again on our website.

6. Content

Prayers are scripture-based and drawn from the Christian tradition. We do our best to provide accurate scripture references and thoughtful content, but we are not a church or licensed counseling service. Our prayers are offered for personal reflection and encouragement only.

7. Limitation of Liability

TextToPray is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers, network issues, or other factors outside our control. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this service shall not exceed $10.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via text message. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
