• Preferences:your chosen delivery time, time zone, language, and prayer length.
• Prayer intentions (optional):only if you choose to share them.
• Consent timestamp:to document your opt-in as required by law.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Deliver your daily prayer text at your chosen time.
• Manage your account preferences.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Send service-related communications (e.g., confirmation of opt-out).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never spam you.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TextToPray:

• Vercel:to host our website. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you opt out by texting STOP, we will mark your account as inactive. You may request full deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@texttopray.com. We will delete your information within 30 days of your request.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and limited access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

TextToPray is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
